Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will provide exceptional service, educate customers on products and loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omni-channel tools.

You’ll engage with customers on the sales floor and through supporting channels, assist with fitting rooms, cash wrap, and store operations, while maintaining a neat and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Assist customers with product selections and styling guidance to enhance sales.
• Engage with customers across in-store and omni-channel channels.
• Support sales floor operations, fitting rooms, cash wrap and back-of-house tasks as needed.
