You'll work with leadership to create a best-in-class customer experience, stay informed on product knowledge, and support merchandising and store operations while embracing a fast-paced, friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment with a passion for fashion.
• Open to feedback and proactive in problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Agreeable to a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to drive sales and deliver superior service.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product details.
• Support store operations, including fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and handle returns professionally.
• Utilize omnichannel tools to enhance the shopping experience.
