Job summary

Old Navy in Dallas is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering friendly service and product education while using omnichannel tools to connect with buyers.

You will work with leadership to ensure a best-in-class experience on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout, while keeping the store neat and organized, and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Be a good communicator with customers and team to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider on and off the floor to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback and action.
• To be considered, applicants must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No current or future visa sponsorship required to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools including mobile devices and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
