Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers and team.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and translate that into customer education.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service that drives loyalty and sales.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and omni-channel offerings.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Support store operations on sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Assist with operational processes and ensure a positive work environment.
