Gap Inc. is seeking a Brand Associate for Old Navy in Raleigh. You will deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers about loyalty programs, and use omnichannel tools to create a best-in-class shopping experience.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced environment. You will engage customers on the floor, assist with merchandising and operations, and support a range of tasks across sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.

• Provide excellent customer service to engage and educate customers
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and omni-channel approaches
• Assist with store operations on the floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues
• Ensure smooth execution of operational processes
