Job summary

Old Navy in the United States is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage customers, provide excellent service, educate on products, and contribute to a best-in-class omni-channel experience.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, support the sales floor, fittings, cash wrap, and maintain a neat workspace. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Customer-focused service provider with strong communication.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools including mobile devices and registers.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling and omni-channel offerings.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work center and handle customer interactions professionally.
