Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers with excellent service and product knowledge. You will engage customers, educate them on loyalty programs and collaborate with leadership to deliver an outstanding omni‑channel shopping experience.

This role supports various store functions from sales floors to back‑of‑house tasks and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Customer-focused service on and off the sales floor.
• Passion for retail in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Must be 16+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• No current or future visa sponsorship needed to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools and devices.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect to foster a positive environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote retention.
• Drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal and store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back‑of‑house tasks as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently and accurately.
