Old Navy in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will deliver outstanding service, educate shoppers about products, and collaborate with store leadership to create a seamless omni-channel experience.

You will engage customers, drive sales with suggestive selling, maintain a clean work area, and support all store operations, including fitting room and cash wrap, while modeling the brand’s friendly, inclusive culture.

• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.

• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
