Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and provide exceptional service. You will educate customers about products, operate across sales floors and registers, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will engage with shoppers, support omnichannel efforts, and stay attentive to store goals while maintaining a neat and welcoming environment throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools and registers.

Responsibilities
