Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer, delivering an omni-channel experience that blends in-store and digital touchpoints.

Work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience on the sales floor, in the fitting room, and at the registers, with a flexible schedule that supports store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and teammates with respect and contribute to a positive environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand loyalty.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Provide omnichannel support to enhance the customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed.
• Uphold a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.
