Old Navy in Wichita is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will engage with shoppers, educate them on our products, and provide an exceptional, omni-channel shopping experience.

You will work with the leadership team to meet store goals, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Support sales floor, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
