Job summary

Old Navy in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and provide outstanding service. You will educate customers, help them choose products, and guide them through loyalty programs using an omni-channel approach.

You will work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, maintain a clean and organized store, and support sales floor operations while meeting personal and store goals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborate with teammates.
• Comfortable using retail technology and POS systems.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and upselling.
• Support omnichannel shopping experiences (in-store and online).
• Contribute to store goals and maintain a neat, organized work area.
• Assist on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly.
