Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and prioritize the customer.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Coordinate with vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed, and properly merchandised.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events to boost sales.
• Build brand-specific clientele for local marketing.
• Participate in vendor and non-vendor events to increase sales.
• Be proficient with Macy's POS and devices to close sales.
