Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Atlanta to energize the store with the brand experience. You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and fitting rooms.

You should enjoy working with people, stay energetic in a fast-paced retail setting, and have a passion for AE and Aerie products. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
