American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Conyers, GA. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and adapt to multiple store roles including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Energetic, people-loving individuals with prior retail experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Energetic, friendly, and ready to help guests find what they need.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
