Job summary

Leap is opening a boutique at Valencia Town Center in September 2026. As a Sales Associate, you will deliver an authentic customer experience, learn product stories, and build meaningful connections that drive sales.

You will support daily operations, collaborate with a team, and may assist with opening/closing tasks to maintain a welcoming, service-driven environment. Flexibility and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak periods.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
