Leap Inc is seeking a Sales Associate to represent our boutique at Valencia Town Center. You will create meaningful customer connections, share brand stories, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.

The role, based in a fast-paced retail environment, involves assisting customers from engagement through checkout, supporting store operations, and contributing to a welcoming service-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to engage a diverse customer base.
• Willingness to learn product stories and share brand messages.
• Ability to balance multi-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Support store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to hit store goals and maintain a positive team environment.
