Leap is a portfolio platform powering insight-driven retail stores for modern brands and is opening a Valencia Town Center boutique in September 2026. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, build meaningful connections, and offer personalized product recommendations that showcase the brand story.

The role emphasizes selling with integrity, assisting with daily operations, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Passion for exceptional customer experiences and authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration with others.
• Ownership of store responsibilities including opening/closing and keyholder duties.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey from engagement to checkout.
• Maintain store presentation, replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Follow company policies to ensure a consistent store experience.
