You will engage customers, learn product knowledge, and provide personalized recommendations that create memorable shopping moments, while supporting daily sales initiatives. This role involves maintaining store standards, assisting with inventory and operations, and collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Flexible availability including weekends and peak periods.
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
