Leap is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and product knowledge. Build meaningful connections, understand customer needs, and provide personalized recommendations.

You will support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory tasks while contributing to a welcoming, service-driven environment. Flexibility for opening/closing and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share brand stories.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
