Leap Inc is opening a boutique in Brooklyn in November 2026. We seek a passionate Sales Associate who delivers exceptional service, builds authentic connections, and drives store success.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, support daily operations, and collaborate with teammates to keep a welcoming, service-driven environment. Flexibility and eagerness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and building authentic connections.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support store priorities and collaborate with others.
• Ability to open/close procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement, listening, and recommendations.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and brand storytelling.
• Support store operations with merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and inventory tasks.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and keyholder responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve store goals and maintain a positive team environment.
