Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Glendale, AZ is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day. You will provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with integrity.

You’ll be flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, engaging customers with energy, solving issues, and helping the team get the job done.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort engaging with guests and guiding them to product fits.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist finding products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies.
