Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, represent AE/Aerie with pride, and help build brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll rotate between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. The role prefers retail experience, energy, and a smile. You must be 18+ and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and able to work flexible hours.
• Energetic, friendly and able to engage guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn the AE Selling Model and brand policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make fitting suggestions.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AE policies and procedures.
