Arc'teryx Equipment is seeking a Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on the retail floor in Bloomington, MN. You will share technical product knowledge with guests, recommend products based on their interests, and support store initiatives with the leadership team.

You are product-obsessed, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with nature while helping guests find gear that fits their needs. This role supports growth and development within a dynamic outdoor brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class brand experience with technical product knowledge.
• Weave product knowledge into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc'teryx as brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions in and out of store with team support.
• Support store initiatives with leadership on projects.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Handle store tasks as assigned by leadership and respond to phones/emails.
