Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will represent our company values and be the face of the brand every day, building loyalty with guests and sharing product knowledge.

You’ll work across multiple store areas, engage with guests, explain the AE loyalty program, and stay energetic in a fast-paced environment. This role supports teamwork and brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're energetic and can handle multiple tasks.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
