Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store.

You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and guide shoppers to items that fit their needs while expressing our brand values. You’ll move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, resolve guest concerns with integrity, promote the AE loyalty program, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced team focused on delivering a great shopping

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with guests.
• Ability to learn product details and communicate recommendations.
• Comfort with promoting loyalty programs and brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Educate guests about the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and according to policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and deliver great service.
