Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States to welcome clients, operate POS, and maintain an organized sales floor. You will assist with shipments, stockroom upkeep, and stock replenishment while delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, including nights and weekends during peak times.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Cash register knowledge and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), POS operation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
