Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Modesto, CA to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, be the face of our brand, and build loyalty with every guest while staying true to our values.

You’ll help guests with AE/Aerie product details, educate them on the loyalty program, and flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. The role emphasizes energetic service, teamwork, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to AE/Aerie brand and policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support team and contribute to store goals.
