Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Modesto, CA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and represent our brand with energy, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Interacts well with customers and provides friendly service.
• Works effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist shopping.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and make suggestions.
• Introduce loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold brand integrity and store policies.
