Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Modesto, CA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand values with integrity.

You’ll work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom, staying energetic in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
