Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Modesto, CA to create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You’ll be the face of the brand, energizing sales, sharing product details, and driving loyalty sign-ups in a fast-paced retail setting.

Your role spans Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom with a friendly, collaborative team spirit and a commitment to brand values. Must be 18+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage with guests and build brand loyalty.
• Energetic and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO selling model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals.
• Uphold company policies and demonstrate integrity.
