Job summary

solidcore Logan Circle is seeking a Head Coach Community Manager to drive community connection and long-term retention while upholding brand standards. The role reports to the Area Manager and balances coaching across solidcore and heated modality with leadership of the Lead Head Coach.

The role emphasizes member experience, cross-team collaboration, and local market outreach to attract new clients and partnerships, with a focus on high-energy, person-first service and operations management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior group fitness experience.
• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout.
• A coach at heart who helps others reach their strongest potential.
• Self-motivated and excited to build community and drive membership sales.
• Outgoing, relationship-driven and energized by community building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model coaching standards for new and existing coaches and core crew.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service per [solidcore] standards.
• Meet studio utilization and retention goals.
• Support day-to-day studio operations as directed by the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and marketing to scout new clients and form local partnerships.
• Respond to client requests promptly and resolve concerns effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge across retail, class packages, and apparel.
• Handle routine operational tasks (supplies, inventory, sales logs).
• Ensure studio and equipment remain clean and functional.
