Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking Brand Ambassadors who put customers first and deliver an inspiring shopping experience. You will be part of a team that focuses on delivering the RL experience across all touchpoints, while staying informed about current fashion and brand initiatives.

In this role you will assist customers, manage fitting rooms, participate in floor sets, and support store operations. The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including day, evening, weekends and travel as required.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service, ensuring there is always a customer first mindset.
• Supports operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, etc.
• Connect customers utilizing our Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Maintains store standards, policies, and processes on sales floor and back of house.
