Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will work as the face of the company, sharing AE & Aerie product passion and driving loyalty with every guest.

Map your energy to a fast-paced retail environment, switching between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed while upholding company policies and values. Your real self shines here.

Qualifications

• Able to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• 16 years of age or older.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
