Job summary

AEO is hiring a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll be the face of AE and Aerie, building loyalty with every guest and sharing your genuine enthusiasm for our products.

You’ll educate guests on product details, promote the loyalty program, and move confidently between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• Engage guests using a friendly, consultative approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and fit recommendations.
• Explain the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and provide tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
