Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Springfield, PA. You will greet guests, explain AE & Aerie products, and actively promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with energy and a helpful attitude.

You’ll move across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, delivering an outstanding shopping experience and upholding company policies with integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
