Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring its brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing AE and Aerie with pride.

You will engage guests, educate them on products, promote loyalty programs, and collaborate across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom. The role requires energy, reliability, and a friendly, genuine approach to every guest.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with strong customer service instincts.
• You love AE & Aerie products and can share details with guests.
• You’ll help educate guests about the brand loyalty program and channels.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible and move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policies.
• Work with your team to ensure the store runs smoothly.
