Qualifications

• Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understands sales objectives and meets or exceeds KPI targets (SPH, data capture).
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with team collaboration.
• Connects customers via Polo Connect program.
• Demonstrates passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
• Educates customers on programs, initiatives, and offerings available.
• Provides customer service in fitting rooms, assisting with sizing and store standards.
• Maintains store standards, policies, and processes on sales floor and back of house; performs opening/closing tasks.
• Supports operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
• Participates in company trainings including compliance and product knowledge.
• Balances tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience for customers.
• Provides feedback to Management on product feedback and opportunities.
• Maintains visual standards using company guidelines and professional environment.
• Collaborates with colleagues to uphold a cohesive, inclusive team environment.
