Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Fargo, ND is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of our company and will represent our values with your real self.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, introduce loyalty programs, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Prior retail experience is a plus, and 16+ is required.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Retail experience preferred
• 16 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items with a friends-first mindset
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggested purchases
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
• Move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies
• Support teammates and collaborate to get the job done
• Uphold integrity and follow company policies and procedures
