Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, use the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need, and reflect our REAL self in every interaction.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolving guest concerns with integrity and wearing our brand values proudly.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and can handle multiple tasks.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products and stay curious about fashion.
• You have prior retail experience and good team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and bring your REAL self to work daily.
