Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, wear the REAL self, and showcase our values while promoting AE and Aerie products.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on products, explain the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. If you love retail, energy, and helping guests, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Able to engage guests with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
