Ambassadors are responsible for driving sales, executing company initiatives, and engaging clients with RL’s evolving technology and services.

Qualifications

Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
Excellent communication with customers and store personnel.
Ability to move around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and work areas; lift up to 30 lbs.
Operate the register and stay on feet for extended periods.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts/travel.
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Understands and delivers sales and profit performance, using key tools and resources to drive selling.
Supports the store in the execution of company initiatives.
Participates in team training to drive business results.
Engages with clients creatively to reach a wider client base.
Represents the customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
Engages in store client initiatives and community outreach.
Champions RL core values and embraces More ways to shop and new technology.
Supports a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
Provides feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
Maintains productivity standards and store standards at all times.
