Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in College Station, TX. You will be the face of our brand on the sales floor, delivering an engaging shopping experience and fostering brand loyalty with every guest. You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work across salesfloor, fitting room, stockroom, and cash wrap, delivering great service while representing our values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Qualifications

• You're a people person.
• You're energetic and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while sticking to store policies.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
