Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Commerce, GA to provide an exceptional shopping experience and act as the face of the brand. You will enjoy a dynamic role with guests, share product knowledge, and support loyalty programs.

The position requires energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is preferred, with opportunities for development and employee discounts on AE and Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays when guests shop.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting product suggestions to meet their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork.
• Act with integrity and uphold AEO policies & procedures.
