Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You will love AE and Aerie products, educate guests on product details, and share loyalty program benefits.

Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, resolving guest concerns with integrity while staying true to company policy. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
