Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer experiences while supporting sales goals and maintaining store standards. You will contribute to a collaborative team and build knowledge of fashion, styling, and available customer programs.

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist with fitting rooms, and help connect customers through product knowledge and styling guidance, including participation in training and maintaining visual standards

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Support sales plans, connect customers through the Polo Connect program, and share product knowledge and styling guidance.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing duties, and visual standards.

• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts; travel may be required.
