Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer experiences and support store goals. This role blends fashion knowledge, service, and teamwork to uphold brand and store standards.

You will engage customers, assist with fittings, and participate in training while representing the store with a positive, inclusive attitude. You will help execute floor sets, manage replenishment, and assist with opening/closing tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds.

• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts; travel may be required.
