Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting sales goals and brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving KPI performance, styling and educating customers, and maintaining store presentation and operations. The Brand Ambassador is an ambassador for the brand and a potential pathway to future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support team sales objectives.
• Engage customers through the Polo Connect program and educate them on products and initiatives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and uphold store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management.
• Participate in company trainings and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort working flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
• Ability to prioritize tasks while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
