The Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer service and create an inspiring shopping experience. You will support sales goals, connect with customers, and help maintain a polished store environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs, meeting sales objectives, and sustaining store standards. You will also participate in training and collaborate with team members to support operations.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
