Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized customer service and support sales in a high-volume retail setting. You will apply product knowledge, styling insights, and collaboration to uphold store standards and drive sales.

The role requires strong communication, ability to operate a POS system, and flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel. You will work closely with management to maintain a welcoming, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
• Support sales plans, connect customers through the Polo Connect program, and educate customers about available offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain standards across the sales floor and back of house.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing tasks, floor sets, replenishment, and visual standards.
• Participate in training, share product feedback with management, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
